RETURNS & REFUNDS Please choose your purchases carefully, as we do not accept returns or offer exchanges excepting our requirements under New Zealand law. RESTOCKING If payment by cheque or PayPal is not received within 10 days of placing the order, items will be put back into inventory and the order cancelled. BACKORDERS In the event of a backorder, you will be notified by email or phone with an estimated date for delivery. You may request to cancel your order at that time should the ETA not suit your needs. SHIPPING ADDRESSES Our shopping cart is through PayPal. Please make sure that your address on file with PayPal is correct, as that is the address we will mail too, unless you request another. We cannot be responsible for shipments made to old or incorrectly provided addresses. SHIPPING COSTS & METHOD We use Parcel Post Tracked within New Zealand. With a 1-3 working day delivery target, online tracking and confirmation of delivery, your parcels are delivered by courier right to the door. This is a non-signature courier delivery. OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT Cheque By Post You can make your order by mail, within New Zealand, paying by cheque. Specify your order in writing and include a brief description of the item. Remember to allow for postage and handling. You will need to allow 5 working days for the Bank to clear your cheque.
