Brand new dance set made in India. The fabrics are green satin and black chiffon.
The length of the skirt is 92cm. The elasticated waistband goes from 70cm - 116cm.
I have counted 16 of the godets panels.
The top is a size 14ish. It is hard to guage as you can tie the top to your own shape.
